I'm lvl 100. I have 500 in all but East side. 400+/500 in Eastside I have no city center, no financial, and no crew lol when I click on city center or financial it says "join a crew to unlock this area". Going off of guides, forums and faction members experience, this doesn't seem normal. I should have gotten the crew unique by now from what I understand. Also city center should have been unlocked if I'm not mistaken. City Center unlocks at CS77 and 4* at West Side, CS70 4* at Residential District, or CS70 5* at Red-Light District? Please advise!
