Hi, first time posting on the forums.
The same user has attacked me dozens of times, and still is currently, started maybe a week ago, and it's a few times daily now.
It was unprovoked, I haven't actually attacked anyone yet whatsoever.
I understand that such a thing is a feature in this game, but it feels like harassment at this point.
Any advice on what to do, in any way?

Thank you all for the informative responses, very helpful. I see how it certainly must have been the Halloween event, I'll be sure to update myself on the calendar more often. Still fairly new, my apologies.
Also, I didn't say it was harassment, I said it felt like it, due to the fact that I didn't know why it was happening, as well as it hadn't happened like this, up until this point. It is a PVP game, I am well aware, and that's why I made this post.
