I do 19 sharkfin - 10 flowers ratio runs then sell 10 shark fins to make back my money for the next run. After I build up a bit of cash in my wallet I fly to China. It's been keeping me from needing to liquidate my stocks which is really nice.

tbh at this point the lower the price goes the easier it will be to spend whenever they do decide to implement an actual feature that prioritized the spending of those points. They're in a wierd spot to not be affordable for newer players but not worth investing in by wealthier players so I wonder if the event will cause the price to break in a favorable direction that the dev team is looking for. 

Funnily enough even with where the price of points is at flying is still the most lucrative grind in the game outside of casinos lmao.

Honestly we don't really need the points shop back more than we need a point sink that provides something to the player that they wouldn't otherwise be able to get with cash. Like there are a ton of suggestions that revolve entirely around new ways that points can be spent thus increasing the demand for points that would increase the demand for plushies/flowers.

There just isn't really a reason to spend points and for those that do what there is to be spent on is rather limited, the idea for expanding this function was floated I just don't know what the hold up is with the implementation.
