I'm below level 15 too and I like to think of torn not as a game you play constantly or in long sessions, but rather in bursts a few times a day on my phone. You get me? Of course if there's something in my faction going on or I feel like hanging in the city a bit more I like looking at the forums or maybe doing a tiny little bit of gambling (With all my money). The same goes for events and all that.
