Amazing person, very respectful and reasonable. Has helped me trade up on a few weapons now!
It seems a lot of factions aren't getting the level crime that they want and need. Factions are so incredibly diverse and a random Level spawn doesn't seem optimal for pushing maximum member participation. Young members get discouraged because they have no shot, or big fish don't bother because they don't see something worth their time.
Potential fix: 20% (or whatever percentage) penalty to swap out a crime for the job desired. It could be extra prep time, or less payout, but it would definitely have a positive effect on engagement levels.
I think OC2.0 has been great. Tons of fun and an extra level of personal ownership, but it has much more potential.

I've found 3 already. Probably around 700 clicks with the script. They're spawning, but seemingly at different rates.
Couldn't agree more. I've been here less than a year and constantly get the same missions. Hit someone with pepper spray, beat someone with a bat, gamble, beat x amount of people. There needs to missions for crimes, it's a crime game. Retrieve 250 card details, pickpocket 5 bicyclists, burgal 3 liquor stores - possibilities are endless.
None of the above. Drugs are fun, torn is also fun. The two are unrelated however
