Hey there, if you see this it probably means I found you through the rental market leasing a trailer. If you already have the honour feel free to disregard this. As the title says I'm helping people (mostly new players) get this Honour. You get this Honour when you lease a property to someone else. You can find this under the "Misc" tab.
If you have multiple trailers you can skip this and just head straight to Properties | TORN .
Remove it from the market, and then follow the steps below.
After removing it you should get this menu. Select "Lease this property"
Make the cost $1 for 3 days.
What's left?
Well, all that's left is to wait for me to accept it. If you want to say thanks, I'll take a Pen Knife. I'm using it as a tally system lol.
Findings and Criteria So far I've messaged people from pg 34-45 in the rental market, will probably do a page per day. I generally skip people over lvl 25, +160 awards, and are inactive for more than a day. So if you have stats over these, chances are I will miss you. Page 34 is where trailers with a happiness of 138 start appearing, so I will probably work backwards from here.
