I'm a new-ish player (3 months old), so I'm still trying to accumulate money to max out my bank investments and get myself some nice residual income. After seeing what some of the keepsakes were selling for, I figured that this would be a nice quick way to increase my investments by up to 5x what they currently are.
I spent all my points (plus borrowed some money from a faction mate to get me over that 1000 point mark) on a Rosie Keepsake and after doing some number crunching decided to list it.
I was at work and trying to do things quickly while also minimizing my chance at getting buymugged, so I had the item listing page open as well as a travel page.
I had pre-chosen my destination so I had to do was click continue. I flipped back to the item sale page to finish listing the item, when things at work started to get busy (plus my bosses were walking around too) so I figured i should quickly finish up.
I started to enter the price (while keeping an eye out for customers/bosses/nosy co-workers) posted the item, and then very quickly tabbed over and mashed the continue button on my travel tab until I saw the airplane on my travel screen.
I closed my TornPDA app feeling really proud of myself, and looking forward to getting paid. Almost immediately my phone buzzes, and in gleeful anticipation I re-open the app excited to look upon the message that the keepsake has been purchased for $425,000,000.
The open the event screen and to my extreme horror I see the following:
18:13:09 - 15/11/24 You sold 1x Rosie's Keepsake on the Item Market to *REDACTED* for $4,250,000 after $0 in fees.
I realize that in my haste, I missed 2 zeros on the end. So the moral of the story kids, is that when selling high dollar items, make sure you have enough time to properly list it.

TLDR: spent all my points (including some bought with a loan from a faction mate) , bought a keepsake, and mistakenly sold it for 4.25 mil instead of 425 mil due to using torn at work and being rushed.

Thanks for all your efforts, Superior (also, Natty, Shady, and Alex, if you're reading this) you guys as leaders had the plans and kept us fighting effectively right til the end, but sometimes the dice come up Snake eyes.
I can't complain about a #2 showing for my first Elim. Hopefully for the next one I'll be in a better position to do more, but y'all have my vote for leader if I'm on your teams in the future.
Great movie. Wasn't expecting to see a reference to it. I also agree about the hide helmet (heck, even all the armor) option. I have a specific homage im trying to complete as well that will be ruined by the helmet (at very least)
