I was given the Hide and Seek mission by Duke, which provides a list of four targets.

 

One of the targets generated for my mission is currently inside FED:

It seems that targets for this mission can be selected even when they are inside FED.

mobile Ui is messed up

content is wider than the screen size so it causes scrolling
