Not IN america but i do spend a lot of time listening to american leftists. 

Fwiw it seems the left doesn't hate america, the country. But there are some fundamental divides between the viewpoints that make understanding the other side difficult.

Leftists, generally, support upholding the constitution, even 2A, with an emphasis on freedom of/from religion and personal freedoms.

The country was founded on the idea of a government of the people FOR the people; the government exists solely to help the people of the country, without impinging on the freedoms granted by law.

The obvious elephant in the room being that there is inherent inequality in the way the country has developed that hasn't been fully addressed and may never be.

As I see it, ultimately many on the right will say they want to do whats best for themselves and their families.

Many on the left will say they want to do whats best for their neighbours, a rising tide lifts all boats.

And i think fundamentally that is the issue.

I could understand enabling ce loss once factions are given the option to choose what crimes are even available. But at this point it honestly seems malicious. Penalizing players who dare to try to do the crimes the system forces the faction to have.  Or what, just don't do them? If the point of 2.0 is to drive engagement and make the oc process more interactive for faction members it's a dick move to start penalizing them for doing so WHILE STILL IN BETA.

Ill give it a try, using pda with like... a dozen scripts running lol

Still getting some odd arson behaviour,  for simple jobs it just endlessly adds gasoline...

This war was crazy.  Nearly 5 days.  Hard fought and actually fun. Frustrating as hell,  but fun [image: snipboard.io]

There are problems with ai in every part of its existence, but what really sucks is when people charge to make ai slop pfp's for other people.   If you want to contribute to the issues that ai use is demonstrably causing (literacy is tanking hard among users for example) and make your own pfp, fine.  Conning people into paying for it? Thats shitty

we only war once, maybe twice a month. if the devs had announced "if you haven't warred in a while you're going to lose ALL rank day 1, and also you won't be competing for your previous rank when you do re-enlist" i'd be singing a different tune. 

we fought from bronze to plat 2 through hard work and activity. we don't term wars unless forced. we were 1 win away from the top rank available to a faction with 30-odd members.  check the power ranking sites, we punch well above our weight. we are proud of that record. 

inaction on our part causes rank loss? mea culpa. devs say we get a week warning and then we don't? fuck you.

are we going to get plat II again? because we fought hard to get there. 

8. the 1 week warning doesn't apply on week 1, you get 24 hours and then rank removed 

yes i knew the change was coming, what i didn't know was that the 1 week warning didn't apply to day 1 of the changes. we were planning to enlist next week anyway (due to people having real lives and doing summer things in summertime) and i had assumed (wrongly apparently) that the 1 week warning would still apply to us. instead we, and several other factions from what i can see in the HOF list, got fucked down to unranked with almost no warning

Finally, rank decay is gone. In its place: a faction that doesn't participate in ranked warring for around six weeks is unranked outright, with a warning a week beforehand. Re-enlist and you'll be assigned a rank at matchmaking time.

 We had 24 hours, not a week. What the actual fuck.
