Hi, I'm a super noob and was wondering how Casino Points and Job Points work? The Casino says I should be getting Casino Points everyday, but I havent gotten any more Casino points since the initial 75 I got when I joined. Same with Job Points. Does this have something to do with my account, like a status effect I have or something? Or do I just have a bug?

i have some advice!
about the food being frozen, this is fine! if the meat was fresh when you got it then freezing it is absolutely fine, and you CAN defrost the meat but your dog can eat it frozen too. i would defrost it in the fridge a few hours or so before feeding. cooking the meat occasionally is fine but it doesn't really add much to the experience for them.
liver occasionally is good for them, but not for every meal as livers have whatever toxins the animal ingested but didnt fully filter before it died. mixing up what meats and animal parts they eat every meal makes the experience more engaging.
another thing if you're raw feeding is to keep in mind dogs actually arent obligate carnivores and can benefit from some fruits and vegetables too! throwing in blueberries for antioxidants and grains for fiber into his diet will do him some good. they also love frozen whole tomatoes as a treat! this isnt as big of a deal since you are also feeding pellets, but doesnt hurt if you add this to the bowl of meat.
overall, you seem to be passionate about this and it should be fairly safe to do especially since you already plan on sourcing from a reputable butcher so i trust that you know what youre doing and your little buddy will be very happy!
