I would bequeath 10% of all of my banked money (vault, Caymans, regular old bank) to 39th, while the rest would go to Torn City Slots. I've lost billions there and somehow made many billions more. The slots are a cruel but rewarding mistress.
Of course, I would gladly give all my money away if Ched would man up and bring back dogfighting. The citizens of Torn deserve the right to fight their Tamagotchi dogs to the death.
Stocks, items, and all the other crap can go to the winner of the KingUGA Memorial Raffle. The winner will acknowledge and abide by a single request made by KingUGA, which is that the proceeds should be used to establish a faction named Metal Militia. (Metal Militia was a crappy faction I created with don169 back when we first started playing.) The faction should be affiliated with 39th and made strong in remembrance of KingUGA.
