I currently own a Toy Store and I'm wanting to find out what it takes for the company to gain more stars.
I understand that the quality of staff are a big factor with their effectiveness as well as if they aren't very active, it goes against the company also but what I'd like to know, is there something that shows exactly what is needed to get to each next star?

Been using this sheet for a few weeks now and I love it. Constantly going back to it and even keeping it on a separate monitor when possible to keep an eye on everything.
I know I've only had the company for just over 4 months but I wondered if it is also a time thing, as in can you only rank up so fast
