Hey Pappuchumi, i understand Tarelli's frustration and you will get it too when you gain higher star. You are the competition so look at what TV companies with the same stars are doing and test it out in your company.

No-one knows what the magic formula is and if they did, it would be crazy of anyone to share that. however heres my knowledge i'm willing to part with.

Companies age as far as i'm aware plays no relevance on profit.
You dont need a marketer with a 12 man tv station
Effectiveness of staff is crucial, make sure it stays 5 star (your Ancor is most likely 4 stars)
Youre MIGHT be too high for a 4 star TV company (see what your competition is charging and adjust according)

@Tarelli congrates on making it to 9 stars. i assume you made it there on your own steam and didnt buy someone's TV company hence your outcry :-).
