I'd agree with you about it being luck if it wasn't every single time I withdraw a huge amount of money and/or use it on slots. I've never had this happen to me during my blackjack games. For me it's just very odd that it only happens whenever a large amount is withdrawn from stock, or I manage to get a couple wins on slots.
Sure, I get the occasional mug here and there every so often, but that's at random times or when I get buy mugged. It seems really fishy.
I will have a look over all my API keys and scripts once again.

I've noticed something strange recently, and I don't believe it's luck. I've been playing slots quite often and every time I win or take out money from my stocks I get insta mugged, I tried disabling API keys and it's still happening.
Is there some kind of mechanic where another player might know when someone is playing slots or selling stocks?

Come to think of it now, the explanation about the attacker finding out when I gamble makes most sense. I do like to gamble quite at somewhat similar times of the day a bit and use casino refill tokens (as I was typing this 13:00:22 - 04/01/26 You were sent to the hospital for 0h 31m : Mugged by someone). It does amaze me that people pick up on these patterns, this is why I love this game!
I will make sure to look over the API keys and reset them just to make sure none of them got leaked.
