Are you looking for a friendly and active faction who can help you grow?

Cursebound Armada OCW is looking for active lvl15+ members (preferably subscribers/donators) and has an amazing offer of free weekly happy jumps to those with under 1m total stats.

We also offer free xanax for war, a stocked armoury, 10+ item travel bonus, 7% gym bonus and reduced rehab costs.

In return we ask for regular training, to be active hitters in war (usually every 2 weekends), and good communication.

Apply with your stats and tell us why you want to join us.

What do most factions do for war pay?

How much usually goes to faction/leaders?

Is any pay allocated for higher ranks?

Do you pay on hits or respect?

How can bleeding points be accounted for? Are there tools to calculate respect lost against respect gain?

Thanks in advance for any contributions.

Edited to add this for a non-termed war

We usually don't and we've had some unexpected wins by being persistent and getting pretty good at turtling. I agree it's a lot more fun and a perk of being in a gold/silver faction.

But this time the mismatch is so big it seems the only option.

We usually fight all our wars but are considering using  terms from the start this time.

What respect should we be aiming to negotiate for to gain a maximum losing cache award? (As a percentage of the initial winning respect).

I gather it's not straightforward but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
