yes, turkey can easily get dried out but I have been cooking thanksgiving dinner since 2014 when my mom passed and thanks to the knowledge she passed down every year I helped her prep for thanksgiving dinner I have never cooked a dry turkey. So our family dose turkey for thanksgiving which I cook the dinner and ham for Christmas which my sister cooks the dinner. so we end up have both within a month from each other anyway. Will post some dinner/dessert pics later tomorrow.
