I am reaching out again regarding my referral list issue. I previously reported this problem but unfortunately the case was closed before I had a chance to respond. I didn’t even see your reply within the time given which led to the issue being unresolved.
I referred a new player, and they used my referral link, yet they are still not on my referral list. To avoid any issues, I even told them not to level up until Torn confirms they have been added. I really need this fixed because I am aiming for the donator pack reward.
Please assist me in getting this referral added to my list as soon as possible. I appreciate your help and hope this matter can be resolved quickly this time.
Complain a few months ago I sent an message about an issue but no one told me I had to wait where I complained for you to reply because I didn't get any notification and I was about to rate the app 2 stars I didn't if you can show notification or something for people to see that you replied to their complain maybe am the only one having this issue please fix it
Unless if that's how the app is supposed to be then okay because I didn't get any notification from forum it's not my fault it's the system please fix it
Even if you reply to the issue I won't get any notification that shows you replied and it will be like it's my fault if you don't get this message that's fine at least I told you torn stuff I hope you address my issue be the referral thing was a waste of time just lost those points because I didn't get notification on you replying to my issue the thing you can do for me is tell me what I did wrong do we have to go some settings to get notification

Why would I referral someone unless I need a donator I wouldn't have wasted my time referraling someone if I knew I wasn't going to get the reward you even closed the issue no place says you responded to my issue no place no notification nothing just me thinking you don't want to reply thank you for understanding it's not your fault it's mine for not checking if you responded

And that's how I learned I could referral people so I decided to use my link to referral my sister
My sister’s in-game username is Untold_ We used my referral link directly, so I’m not sure how this happened I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue and ensuring that my sister is properly added to my referral list
