I'm working on the bounty merits and want easy targets, i'll pay 10k per bounty placed on any players listed bellow. $1 bounties are fine. Payment may be delayed if i'm flying and post logs or screen shots here after you place the bounties so I know who to pay.

Note: Last time I did this, folk asked why I don't just look at the newspaper's bounty section and the reason is i'm too lazy to look for them and i'm super weak and can only beat level 1s

Some advice from the issues I saw in your post since alot of those things are just gaps in experience and part of the game is finding how to work into or around those things
Stealth only applies if they're stronger and some RNG plus weapon they uses, you can counter this with stuff like certain attack items on your end of provoking less people above your level. People in most cases leave random folk alone since they have other things to do other than attacking you unless you have a lot of money just in your hands for no reason in that cases buy a stock ticker and put your money there or in faction vault
donator status is something you can buy with in game cash, about 27 mil I think and can be earned in a week or even a day if you know what your doing, loss selling for example can earn a pretty stable few mil a day same with flying. Stay away from the casino too if you don't have a structured strategy, gambling isn't just bad, you can earn easy and safe 5-10mil a day from it but you need to know what your doing. combine all of that and donator status isn't too hard to afford and is an investment like any other item like Xanax but way better since it gives you more E but long term
People being "Schizo" cant really be helped that's just what happens when you have a game about doing crimes and having scamming be legal, there are gonna be all sorts of folk including "Schizos" and probably 10 year olds you kinda just have to do what I hope you do in real life and just ignore them and don't go out of your way to provoke random people a good way to do that is to not mug random people there are better ways to earn money like I stated above
missions aren't too hard if you just train right there's more to it than just dumping you E, looking up a guide can help there that stuff is way to complex to dump here
private island are just like donator status, you an investment to the tune of 5-20mil. They can afford that with the say methods used to earn money above and they rent not buy thus affordable price for even new players.
Job ads you simply just ignore them but also they're not wrong, not the nicest way to put it but a decent company has way better perk than a public game job that's just a fact of the game. Bounty hunting for money is something you should probably only do once you have better stats and they're lying and that's allowed in this game part of the game is telling what's a scam and what is not.
lastly, tax sucks not gonna lie I hate it too but that's why so many people use a trader, safer, quicker, and less stress though you earn less it's just a trade off since they need to profit too. I'm open to giving more advice if you have anything else you don't know
