Hey guys, Im looking for a good team to grow with to hop up to 10* with for those sweet sweet business class tickets!
You have to have at least 30k endurance and 20k intelligence. Please dont waste my time and yours applying if u dont have that.
The end goal of 10 * will only benefit people who want to fly alot, so if that doesnt fit your playstyle, dont apply. The goal here is to get free business class tickets not sit at 9 star and enjoy the free upkeep.
I wont be doing pay, im paying 7 mil a day in advertising to maintain the spot we are in and a lingerie store doesn't profit, the goal is 10 star and when we get there we will be sharing the cost of advertising. Seems like for alot of the 10 stars its somewhere around 10 percent of what you can earn daily with free business class tickets.
Logging in daily is an absolute must! I will replace employees that can't manage a daily login.
Trains are rotational and always free.
I have both related stock blocks so all we need are quality employees!

Daily activity is our biggest requirement. We’re not looking for players based solely on level or stats. We’d rather have an active player who’s still building their account than someone with great stats who never logs in. We want players who:
• Log in and play every day • Participate in wars and weekly chains • Train consistently • Take part in OCs and faction activities • Communicate with the team • Want to improve and contribute Level 15+ preferred.
We’re always willing to support and help when needed, but we also want members to become as self-sufficient as possible and take ownership of their own progression.
3 days inactive without notice = kick.

Stat requirement: 60k in endurance and intelligence each, can have a different ratio with endurance being the higher number but the total of the 2 needs to be 120k or better, preferably better.
You must have all 10 in employee effectiveness merits.
Your addiction must be managed, your stats will determine to what degree. If your stats give you +125 productivity , you will need to rehab daily. +130 u can get away with less. Faction perks help big time with this as well.
Trains are rotational every other day, the rest are given as needed, no selling.
