This yearly merit event is over, until next year's May 4th. You'll need to wait if you didn't get it yesterday.
Just a heads up to grab the Hands solo merit today if you haven't already.
In order to get the merit you must defeat someone using only fist attacks, on May the 4th only.
Can confirm, you can get a brand new keg and roll empty on the first try getting no beer at all.
I've had some terrible luck with these getting a total of only 39 glasses from 4 kegs used up.
An option to use consumable tools from the faction armoury feels like it would be nice

Work in a pub to collect job points for the nerve bar refill perk, collect a lot then cash them in with the book. Ideally have a bunch of crimes saved up to hand in
You could get a lot of milage from working in a pub job and saving up job points for full nerve bar refills that cost 25job points.
Probably worth timing its use with the Torn tenacity trials if you've saved enough pub job points so you could aim to grab a win and earn a SE

Maybe swap the current course fee reduction one, which is useless, for a hunting xp & profit block.
