We are an Active warring faction, Silver 1. Payouts are 80% to members, 20% to faction vault. OC's payout at 80% to members as well. Our goal is to keep majority of cash flow going back to our members, and slowly build up faction funds to be able to provide xanax for war stacking and training as well.
If you are seeing this for the first time, welcome! We are recruiting, why not join us? Our Goal as a faction is to grow our member's right alongside the faction. Come be a part of an up and coming gang of weirdo's.
What do we offer as a group?
Active leadership, growth driven individuals, organized crimes 2.0, Wars Bi-weekly, Friendly Banter. We are competitive, but non-Toxic. We protect our own, and help however we can including loans towards large suitcases, discounted EDVDs, Xanax provided for war and chains.
Integrity is a key component to our faction's longevity. Expect nothing less and feel free to ask leadership questions. If we can't explain something, we will find a guide and walk through it with you until we all understand.
We provide bonus to best participation in war across 3 categories: Hits made, highest respect earner, and most outside hits. Additionally, every hit made to the war effort is compensated.
Help us help everyone make money BETTER, FASTER, HARDER. Oh, and get STRONGER too.
We are hosting events outside war times. Bi-weekly on non war weeks, racing competition is hosted! all stock car's required for participation, provided by faction leadership!
Our current upgrades are 1% increased strength, speed and defense gains in war mode, and +2 to travel capacity in peace mode, with more to come!
Xanax free for war, with discounted xanax available for training.
EDVD discount's available to long term (3 week's in faction) members.
Expectations are simple. Be active 2x a day. Train, commit crimes, participate in OC's and War. If you are inactive more than 3 days without communicating, you may be kicked. Any Faction balance will be sent to you upon removal.
We also understand real life takes precedence. If you have anything going on, let leadership know. We don't need specifics, just want to make sure everyone is ok and eventually coming back. If an emergency comes up, handle it. This is a game after all, and we all have lives. We will be here afterwards.
Thank you for reading, and thanks for getting HARD.
