My wife and I are looking to rent a space to live. We are (maybe) going to be evicted in a week as our rent terms comes to an end. 

Looking for any rental property with happiness 1500+. 
Hopefully can rent long term. (More than 30 days at a time). 

We are a peaceful couple who makes meager salaries and have to feed 3 little froglets. Can pay rental fees less than $4M for 30 days at a time. 

Please help this poor froggy daddy out. Thank you!

Our gracious landlord has extended our lease for another 30 days at great rates.

For two days I've been scrolling through old Newspaper entries, the wikis and even some property forums. This one is hard. 

in my quest to find answers to these riddles, I came across some interesting forums. One in which Chedburn the creator apparently married a woman named Evanline. (Who from most of the posts, seems to be everyone's ideal woman.) ahahah This game is most fun.
