So Im fairly new to the game and in this time I did 2 happy jumps while at 1 gym and the strength, defense and speed gains possible at that gym is equal and also my base happy and Energy is the same but my gains differ in either 2k to 5k diffrence per stat then I went to the faction to see what the research stats are, which thay are extremely lobsided towards defense and strength with nothing on speed and dexterity. After I spoke to the faction he told me that the faction research does not matter, and I really want some clarification on this topic please.
