I am looking to buy trains to get up to 5k INT. I haven't bought trains before, but have a loose understanding of how the process works from reading forum posts.
Should be 100 trains total I am looking for, current WS are 1.1k MAN, 290 INT, 800 END, with 7 EE merits, daily activity, and can maintain drug addiction with rehab. I take xanax for BS gains and for monthly faction chains, but can keep the penalty low by rehabbing.
I can pay in advance in small chunks (pay for 20 trains at a time and renew until the full 100 is purchased), or if you're a reputable seller I can pay for 50 at a time or the full 100.
Budget: I'd like to spend as little as possible (obviously), ideal range is 350-500k/train, and hoping that the 7 EE can help the trains cost a little less than normal.
