It was Spring down in Wormville, and all its citizens were preparing their vertical migration to the surface, for the ground had finally thawed. It had been a particularly harsh winter and stores of soil had been depleted for many moons already. The children were starving and the old were dying, which of course presented in itself a solution, but thankfully the weather had began to change, and no worm need commit the atrocity that was on all their minds.

Jacob was going round to all the wormlings, ensuring each of them was ready to endure the hardships of their journey.  "Remember wormlings, buddy system! No worm left behind" and so on, and so forth...

One particular wormling, Jenny, was left without a buddy, due to an odd number group.  Jenny started to sob uncontrollably.  

"Don't worry Jenny, you can be MY buddy" exclaimed Jacob.

And so, each worm now with a partner could begin their migration.

Worms plodded and poked their way through the muck, sixty inches beneath the surface of the earth.  Though tired and weary from the days long adventure, Jacob the Justice Worm had kept their spirits up, singing songs and making them laugh, which eased their troubled minds.

"Mr Jacob sir, are we almost there yet?" 

"Well my little wormling, just now I can hear the sounds of the bustling world above, which means we are getting close!" 

Upon reaching the surface world, the worms poked their heads through at last, and gave three cheers to the worm who had led them there.

"Three cheers for Jacob!" 

"Hip hip, hurray!"

1- Why did you start/ buy the faction?

To play in a space that doesn't feel restrictive or tedious.  To support new players and introduce them to aspects of the game they might have otherwise not.

2- how did you go about recruiting? how strict were you with kicking unsuitable members?

Advanced search, filtered to find low levels with no faction and donator status.  Because of the limited space, I remove members who do not log in for several days.

3- how much has your faction grown? over what period of time?

+15k in 40 days. Puts us on pace for 135k in a year which would be a decent achievement.

4 - how many hours per day did you spend on it? what did you love? what did you hate?

On a regular day I play 1-2 hours and easily 12+ during war.

I love getting to re experience discovering the game with new players and the reward of accomplishing something together we didn't expect or seemed impossible is unreal.

I hate that I concern myself with what other people think or how they might view me/our faction.  To each their own, I believe. And in turn I just want that same respect.

5- How much have you invested into the faction? How much of it was from faction activities (rw, OCs, territories)?

The shell was 20m, armory has 300m in it, goodies for the gang and Xanax well in the hundreds of millions.  Probably more. Everybody gets a large suitcase at 15 as well.  I don't take a faction cut but eventually the wars should cover our expenses.

6- how much have you profited personally? if no profit, what have you done with the money from faction activities, and was it worth it?

Not for profit. If I can come close to breaking even in this stage of our development that is a huge win.  We are driving for respect so as long as we can sustain that, I know it will become profitable in due time.

7- if you are an ex-leader, why did you leave?

I ran two small shells previously and the biggest factors for disbanding them were losing core members and burning out.  I have regrets but feel like I learned a lot through both processes. Having created this shell, and that most of our members joined on the same day, makes it very special to me.

A few tweaks, but still mediocre.  I'll use the cobra + samurai when mugging and on defense, the rifle for war.

You can recruit twenty + new players on any given day

I'm aiming to open Elite's for dexterity, while maintaining eligibility for Frontline, so my ratio has to look like this:

Dex: 10

Str: 8

Spd: 8

Def:1

If I had decided on being completely balanced (ie 1:1:1:1) I would just use George's all the while.  But this way, using Hank's ratio, I get more stats per train in the long run.
