I'm level 16, don't have a lot of money, and have quite bad stats. Does anyone know the best armor to be using before combat armour? I'm currently rocking ww2 helmet, full body armor and the rest leather with a macana. Tried looking for factions that loan out armor, at my level there are not many factions that do this so I have had no luck finding one, please help me with suggestions
