I think it is fun to come across someone and think, oh they bought a $1 item from me or they trashed something I picked up. Makes them more of a person than just profile picture and numbers and their name.

20 years old but still can't find the right forum to write in...
As I recall, a certain 1000% interest debt has made you rather unpopular so no one will take you seriously.
People will say what they will when they want to and bounties like that have dissolved to mean nothing. I don't mean Do nothing but Mean nothing.
Good thing I checked to see if someone else was having same issue. Was about to post.
Different Staff have different colours showing different roles.
If you spend 1k real life dollars in the game, you get a blue name.
Any colour other than blue means you are Staff.

Records were made to be broken.
I think maintaining previous records in a type of legacy scoreboard can preserve the effort of veterans and the change can be given its own scoreboard.
If someone’s score would have made the old leaderboard after calculating the change, than can add to old leaderboard so there can still be the aspect of beating age old scores while also having a second scoreboard for pussies, I mean hard working Torn citizens, who can’t hope to beat old records.
You only see the effects if you interact with the TORN icon so only a misclick would force the screen to fill with effects if you really don't like it. Clicking a new page cancels effects anyway and as long as you aren't touching the TORN icon, you will not be flooded with effects.
Most importantly, this effect will last all of roughly 24 hours.
It is convenient to be able to toggle things on/off though.
Hang on, what are your battle stats like if you are still happy jumping?
I was advised to stop happy jumping by 400k in each stat.
Oh, so give the Devs something new to work on? I never gonna see finished Crimes 2.0 am I...
It isn't just a lack of females in Torn, it is a whole Internet thing. :)
I will see what I can do.
some companies pay out millions per day to certain employees. Companies that are new will often pay well just to have employees to fill the company. The perks in some companies can be very profitable like a pub because of the nerve that can make you loads of extra monies if you use it right.
Right now, the Easter event is happening and the eggs give various awesome bonuses that can indirectly help earn you money (the brown egg gives 1% to all work stats which can help you find a good job with better pay cuz you have higher work stats)
A lot of people in Torn partake in Ranked Wars. A good war win in Gold got me about 60 mil recently. That is more than usual for me (cuz we lose or were busy that weekend or whatever) but it is a good income source cuz it relies on the effort you put in and spits out money in proportion to your effort.
Flying for plushies or flowers or the new black market goods is a common way to make money and if you sell smart, can get a real nice profit.
Hunting in SA is waste of money but most importantly, energy. There are merits in hunting but you waste energy which is the most precious resource in the game. You could attack and hosp someone to claim a 100k bounty. You could mug and hope to get big. Only time hunting is worth it is on hunting day where the hunting exp gains are several times better.
There is strategy to fighting a Ranked War that isn't total obliteration or turtling forever. Turtling is a strategy for battle and isn't fun but a test of discipline and skill to be able to have dozens if people remember to turn revives off to prevent farming and remain in the hospital until a push can begin.
While it has gotten a lot of heat as a broken warring system, it is what we have currently and the Devs worked really hard on it due to its vastness and complexity as a system, hosting hundreds of Ranked Wars a week.
There are factions who do not partake in Ranked Wars so it isn't like you need to fight them to have a faction with decent perks. Some factions focus on Chaining or Organized Crimes for respect and perks instead. Other factions revive, indirectly supporting Ranked Wars but not actually fighting a matched enemy.
Piggy bank is 1 time every item for a Torn player. Don't put money in it unless you want to destroy the rare item to retrieve your money.
Focus on leveling up to 15 since you unlock flying and can fly to other countries and buy stuff like plushies or black market goods and sell in Torn for profit.
Bank is profitable, especially if you have 10/10 merits invested in bank and generally a very good first major investment.
However, if you are smart and super lucky, you can invest money in the stocks (first buy a stock ticker) and you can make lots of money by investing smart and make more money than the bank with careful investing and use of the stock benefits.
SSL is time based. Gains are better but you miss out on literally 1000s and 1000s of e to reach the SSL point by using LSD instead of Xanax.
You do save money but you do not save time. You are advancing in stats slower than others your age. You can invest that money and be smart and be wealthy but you missed out on time with 50 e replacing 250 e and same cooldown plus high chance of OD.
SSL is a unique dedicated playstyle that overall is less efficient just measuring time with results but yes, you could be richer and invest wisely and have more money for SEs later in your Torn life.
The money for rehab adds up either way though. I think of it like a 0 interest loan. You can pay it back now in full or in payments to delay paying it sooner. Eventually you pay it, just depends on how much time you have gained through delaying with addiction mitigation or not taking the recommended 2 to 3 Xanax a day and whether or not you faithfully left 1 or 2 ticks in rehab every time.
If you do addiction mitigation perks earlier, it simply slows the addition growth and rehab bills that are bound to come. If you start later, it slows it as well but by then you are already further.
I guess the best option to delay the rehab cost of regular Xanax intake should be to start and stay in addiction mitigation to best delay the inevitable arrival of massive rehab bills. Anything else just delays it to a lesser extent.

How to get it: Who knows?
As a small person too, I'm sure there are a lot of back stage stuff and private DMs and all kinds of things that culminated into someone dropping a Dirty Bomb, including someone just wanted to test the Dirty Bomb buff.
Bleed is 45% of initial damage of hit that reduces to 0 over 9 turns. It applies to piercing, slashing, and shotguns weapons.
Poison is 95% of initial damage if hut reduced to 0 over 19 turns. Poison applies to blowgun only.
As I recall, a certain 1000% interest debt has made you rather unpopular so no one will take you seriously.
People will say what they will when they want to and bounties like that have dissolved to mean nothing. I don't mean Do nothing but Mean nothing.

I knew deciding to read GD was a bad idea. All drama.
I do hate people going back on their word. I highly doubt that they are worth the e though.
I want to race!
RW weapons and armor would still operate very similarly but you could merely send the loaned item either back to armory or loan to a faction mate.
