I've been using the torn wiki to navigate my way through torn but I've been told various things from my faction members that conflict with some things I have read. 

 

  1. Always rehab to 100% when at 6% drug addiction
  2. Drug addiction affects xanax overdose chances.

 

Are these true?

Wow... so it's actually quite bad to rehab to 100%? At least from what I'm learning?

 

I'm not sure why my faction cares about me rehabbing to 100% but I think it's because they believe it's beneficial.

So the difference is mostly due to being smart with rehabs in this scenario?

Thanks for the added info! I didn't realise tolerance perks from factions were valuable so I'm glad you pointed that out for me. 

 

Would you be able to say that the discrepancy between the two players is mainly due to not having tolerance perks? Or is it more the combo of inefficient rehabbing and no/low tolerance perks?

Thank you so much for the visual! That was really helpful since didn't know I will literally save billions if I rehabed wisely. I also can't believe rehabbing would get THAT expensive over time. I appreciate it!

Ahh I see. So I'm not just saving money from using natural decay but also from an inefficient 250k rehab. Thanks for letting me know! I'll keep saving my money and rehabbing to the second last hit.
