Couple of days after I created my Torn account, I was invited to the Chaos cartel. It really offered a chance for a great start as Andy is generous and paying nice sums of money if you participate in wars. I managed to earn what would otherwise be impossible and invest in stats, etc.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Andy and Chaos cartel, very nice transparency and Andy is a man of his words. If he promised, he'll give :)
