We're currently in a war, I'm a lower level player, trying to keep a chain going with the targets I can hit. I run out out of targets I can hit so I go for outsides and the timer for the chain timer doesn't reset, wasn't sure if it's a bug or I missed an update.

I mentioned it in our faction chat and it seems to have happened to another player of ours as well
