So I applied at a fraction on accident and found the one I meant to go to and applyed there but the one I didn't want accepted me first so I left and went to the fraction I wanted but it said my application was withdraw recently so I talked to a mod and they said have the fraction toggle the applications on and off so the co leader of the fraction did and it still won't let me apply what do I do
