Experienced player (3+ years) looking to join a NEW faction to help build and contribute to. Schedule and availability will fluctuate as I might be away from the game for possible weeks at a time, but will be sure to communicate as often as I can. I'm looking for a more experienced faction leader that can help guide and encourage members. Faction should not have more than 20 members.

Experienced player (3+ years) looking to join a NEW faction to help build and contribute to. I'm talking like less than 50 days in existence, no more than a 100 chain, less than 10k respect and little to no perks. I'm looking for a more experienced and motivated faction leader that can help guide and encourage members. Faction should not have more than 20 members.
I have a much more consistent schedule and am very flexible in terms of playstyle, though I want to focus a bit on trading right now. I'm mainly looking to organize and help with logistics and scheduling. Please send a message or a chat if you think your faction could use the help.
