I have an idea, what if you add a shield as a primary weapon and for the secondary weapon you can only use a pistol
like ballistic shield, tactical shield, bulletproof shield
The shield should provide a large defensive bonus and
for its weakness you can use disarm which will provide a 2x bonus against shield users.
what do you think?
