Q: is it Possible to Create a Script to Semi-Auto Buy & Sell Items in the Item Market?
Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if it's possible to create a script that can:
• Search for a specific item in the Item Market (e.g., "CPU")
• Automatically buy it if the price is below a certain threshold
•Then immediately list it back for sale at a higher price (to make a
profit)
I've checked the Torn API documentation, and I understand it's read-only, so it likely can't be used to perform actions like buying or selling. That said, I'm curious if there's any other way to achieve something similar, maybe using userscripts, bots, or other tools.
Of course, I want to stay within Torn’s rules and not violate the Terms of Service. So even if full automation isn't allowed, is there a semi-automated method that's still safe and allowed?
