It's because his levelling targets are being taken, he's hogged them for too long and people are big mad, hospitalizing the targets so he does it slower. But real talk, I say just get it over with. He's on seemingly 24/7 on those targets, might as well wait for him to stop account sharing/botting or whatever the f**k it is at level 100. Those targets needs to be tappable again. :P
