I've never used Logan's insurance. I'm also well past my HJ thank God. I had my three(3) terrible ecstasy OD's a year and a half ago. So, I can't speak to this insurance.
HOWEVER, I've met a lot of shady assholes over the last couple years in Torn. Logan isn't one of them. If you've played the game for more than a week, you know how big of a compliment that is. This is a guy you can trust.
Also, I'm his faction leader. If he doesn't pay you back and you've followed his guidelines, I'll personally mug him and give you the money for a week. Give him a try.
