From my understanding city stat perks (military) gains are roughly .014% (with some gym/happiness variables)
Company jobs are roughly .02% gains with happy/gym variables as well
There is/was a 50m stat cap. (Appears to be presenrTO A POINT and then...not)
10☆ Salt mine - lvl 5 perks rock salt defense boost 1 pt
At 200 million defense and 4300 happy i get
You exchanged 1 job points training 10,477.19 def
Another employee trained 1 point, he has around 1b defense
Gained 15,217 def
And im using Balboas Gym
Finally a 14b star employe shows around 3b defense and gained 27,086 defense off 1 point.....
Please, make the math Math...

You have about 980m defense (using calc...not actually looking)
1 perk point = 4.5e at top gym activated.... is on the money regardless of stat level ( I dont think the person I spoke with at 50m was recalling their gains correctly)
Everyone else i spoke to, running their stats through gym calc comes within 1k of claimed gains....regardless of 50k or 25b defense. (Which is attributed to happiness boost/kicker)
Im using Balboa gym....so i dont think thats it
Around 50m employee gets around 10k same as myself at 200m (which equates to the "stated" .02% and 50m cap) but it appears it went from a CAP to diminished returns....like .001% above 50m ....
A 25b defense employee got around 65,000 defense per 1 point so...there goes that .001% theory
But No where can a quote from officials be found
25b - 65k is around .00026%
200m to 10k is around .005%
So....I guess while its dimished gains its not a fixed rate that can be estimate (?)
