I have somehow strayed into someone’s marked territory and had my efforts to build my stats neutered…

I would really appreciate any help financially or with xamax so I can build my stats once a global bully has finished putting bounties on me for nothing. I have the softest paws around and not sure why someone’s got their nails drawn for me. X
