I’ve checked the wiki - seems as though embossers are a non-unique outcome (albeit a very rare one) from Paper Mills & Printing Presses, I started forgery with one so I had definitely gotten it from one of the two, but shortly into starting Travel Visas I broke my first one.
I went back to thievery, burgled the paper mill a few times, and on the fourth time I got another embosser. Great! Saved myself a few million. ‘This is easy’, I thought, ‘why am I pursuing any crimes other than targeted burglary when these embossers are such a common drop’.
Ever the completionist and very non-material about my in-game income, I forgot the idea and immediately went back to forgery only to destroy my embosser again shortly thereafter.

Since then, I have dumped nearly ALL of my nerve for over a month into burglary, attempting to recreate my previous escapades, and with ~500 more Paper Mill burglarizations I have yet to see another embosser.
Was this a unique outcome? I don't remember seeing any visual cue denoting it as such, and nothing on the wiki points to it being the case, but I'm finding it hard to believe I was so extremely lucky followed by such a massive streak of bad luck.
Also, no, I will not just purchase the Embosser. I am too proud for it now. I just need to know if I will be spending my foreseeable future breaking and entering into every paper mill in our beautiful city or if I have exhausted my available embossers and need to just give up and move on from Travel Visas for good.

Can someone else confirm that they see it for sale in Japan now? I was just flower running and saw a few thousand in stock for about 25k per unit. Extreme profit margin, at least until people realize it's there
