I kind of did the same thing when I was new with dumbells. I thought that they were reusable on a cooldown. Fortunately for me, SE's were only worth about 25m at the time.
I don't think the odds are static, which is why these tables fail. The chance of the dealer getting a winning hand increases with the bet amount. It's not subtle either, but blatant. The best advice for anyone wanting to up their NW in Torn is to casino ban themselves.

There is also a larger pool of items that can spawn as mission rewards with the introduction of "high quality" gear being added.

Do you regularly attend any music festivals, or plan to go to any soon? I go to a lot in the Summer and just thought it might be nice to meet up with any other players who happen to be going to the same places.
