I haven’t seen anything else about it since.
I would love to see the two party system broken in the US. Unfortunately, with our current system of campaign finance, the amount of money needed will prevent any new party created from being anything that helps the general public. It will just be more monied interests advocating for their masters.
It’s much more important to overturn “citizens united” (the biggest joke of a name in modern history) and reform our campaign finance laws than to try and get a new party off the ground at this time.
Also, I really doubt Elon has the brains and will to pull this off, and I doubt it would be good for anyone but him if he did.
Your claim is actually evidence against itself. If he had settled or if the case hadn’t ended, he wouldn’t need to or even be able to appeal it.
it did end. A jury found him civilly liable. The only reason they didn’t find him liable of ****, is due to the wording of New York’s laws which specify forceful penile penetration as ****. Most people would consider **** to be any forceful penetration with any foreign object or appendage. He was found liable for forceful digital penetration.
He has been going through the appeals process, but that is not the same as saying it hasn’t been decided.
He did not settle. He was found civilly liable for sexual assault meeting the common definition of **** by a jury of his peers.
He was also found liable for defamation for claiming she was lying about it.
it was not brought before a criminal court due to the statute of limitations, not a lack of evidence.

As a frequent reader of this forum, I knew this would likely be ignored by the usual conservative posters here. As ElHeffe pointed out, they aren't interested in responding to anything like this since they can't really do anything to disprove it. The best they could do is handwave it like he said.
I still wanted to put it out there. If for nothing else to spread some awareness, and give people a convenient reference for other conversations on corruption. I made an offhand comment a couple weeks ago on a different thread about the corruption being so rampant that it is truly difficult to keep track of. This video just lays almost all of it out with dates.
