so you know how you can search for items in the city of torn? what if in other countries, you could do the same thing?
there could be an increased chance of the more rare abroad items that you can purchase in the city along with some of the normal items you see in torn. it gives more incentive to travel to certain countries that are not traveled to often. the awareness merits could be applied here as well to increase your chances

train rotation! - every 3 days two people gets trained double the stars the company has (ex: 3 stars = 6 trains)
milestone bonuses! - every star we achieve = bonus 1 mil per employee :)
wages! - if you need to get paid, great! i have no problem of paying my employees. depending on our income and your rank, you’ll get paid accordingly, so wage will increase overtime. if you don’t need a wage, no problem! just make sure to let me know

requirements:
you have to be active! being offline for days at a time w no warning will result in being kicked. this is to keep effectiveness for everybody as high as possible
little to no addiction! if you’re below level 15, you get a little more leeway, but everyone else NEEDS to have low to no addiction. rehab exists!!!
invest in your employee effectiveness merits and courses as much as possible!
