That's silly, midpoint is clearly somewhere around 1-3 billion stats. Enough to feel strong, and actually be stronger than most players, but not that strong in the grand scheme and with a whole type of playstyle/growth strategy still untouched. Why would you think that the "midpoint" of the game as far as playstyle has anything to do with the peak achieved by an individual player?
There have been 1,683,078 accounts created, there's somewhere in the neighborhood of 100k active players, and 1bil stats gets you way way past the halfway point of 100k players, let alone the halfway point of 1.7m accounts created.
