Highly recommend. Dibbie is fast, honest pricing, follows what they advertise (no mugging) and the easy to see profile picture makes it easy to know when they are available. I will be passing on Dibbie's name to other new players. (and players who have not found a reliable trusted trader)

As I stated above brand new, still exploring and understanding the different aspects of the game. The only reason I asked the question is because I saw someone under the fraction thread looking for a fraction - they specified that they were level 6 but was “holding.” I wanted to make sure I fully understood what the action meant. Was making sure I wasn’t missing something that could benefit me now.
