I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy holidays for those that celebrate others. This game has been the only game I have actually played everyday since I found it and continue to do so not missing one log in everyday.
We have a great community of people here and I absolutely love these events. Being my first year I am absolutely stoked at all of the awesome items the developers have given us for the Christmas event. It absolutely kicks ass.. December is usually an awful month for me due to a series of unfortunate events that happened in December and this game has allowed me to distract myself from it all. Thank you all. I hope everyone has an amazing remainder of the year and stays safe.
If any newer players need a hand feel free to send me a message if love to help where I can as others have me and provide any helpful information that I am able too!
Thanks again Torn City and all of you wonderful folks!!
My personal opinion is that, yes there are plenty of ways to avoid being mugged which the sellers do have to take responsibility for, but the part about the mugging bots via API or web sockets that I personally think is that it gives the people that have the tools or know how to create them and unfair advantage. I'm not very smart at all when it comes to programming and scripting etc. However I just think imo that in any game every player should have the exact same advantages/disadvantages as one another. Except for of coarse the ones you earn.via progressing in the game. If I'm.not understanding correctly feel free to educate me. I'm not trying to argue with anyone or anything like that. Just simply stating my opinion based on my current understanding. I hope no one on either side of the debate take offense.
I don't know you but you put in a hell of a grind. This game is definitely a long slow grind unless you throw money at it or have it haha. Enjoy your freedom
