Anyone know of any good dollar or discount bazaars that keep their items regularly updated? I know of the main ones but im trying to venture out and shop at some new ones.

Just curious, what is the point of using ipecac syrup? I have some but am afraid to use it, because the description says it increases hospital time. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I am a newish player, about a month of playing.
