Just pulled, double perk orange Stricken 44%, going up for auction.

We have been using Tyronic for the past wars and it is my favorite waring tool by far.

It gives you all the important Infos, configurable to your liking. Updates like someone popping out are very fast, pretty much instant. 

No one slips away when we are actively watching it.

Made coordinating our hits extremely easy, and frees up faction chat for other important stuff, or just banter 😄

When I first joined the team, I thought to myself: "My whole torn presence is shark and water-based, how could I ever fit High Voltage into it?" I was eyeing Apex, the perfect team to fit my character - they even started using the honor I always use as the team honor. And now as they got closer and closer to winning it all, I can't lie, I was thinking how perfect it all could have been. First Elim, a team that perfectly fits my theme, win the event, get top 5%, create a profile banner, and never touch Elims ever again.

(Great start, now they will think I hate them - this is going somewhere, I promise)

Instead what I got was a team I would not trade for the world. I had the most fun I ever had in torn this week and most of it came from the amazing people in my team. I met a lot of new friends. The organization was almost perfect. Leaders were always there, always putting everything they had into it and we were always perfectly informed on what to do. We moved as a single unit and the vibes were extremely positive. We had very little "drama", only the occasional insult in the heat of the moment, which also stopped again right away. Even our trolls were genuinely committed to their craft and never malicious in the end.

Like I said at the start, I could have joined once and ended my Elims career in the same year. Or I could have been in any other team, hated the time and never joined again. I think both would have been a huge shame. Instead I had the most fun time, met the most amazing people, and I am hungry for more now. I am planning to join many more Elims in the future, and I am happy to see each and every one of you again.

Staying on the faction topic, I think no one is asking for the same changes applying to companies, you have some valid points.
Wars, chains, raids, etc. should still have a recruitment period, but the rest of the faction features don't need to be locked imo.

For wars this is already not an issue since there can't be any changes to the rooster after you got a match and until the war is over.
And for the rest they could keep the same restrictions of hits don't counting without excluding a recruit from everything else.

Yes, joining/leaving after getting a war match should remain locked.
Outside of that its a great idea, it's a social game, people like the visit friends from time to time.
 The 3 day penalty period just makes it unnecessarily annoying to do so. Especially if you return its another 3 so 6 in total.
