In a game where chatting is one of the main things to do here the option to Mute a (Racist, / Harasser, /Discriminating, / etc) Member/s MUST be an option for either a specific ( Rank / Role ) Or the ( Leader/ Co-Leader ),
If you are locked in a war and someone is being racist for example you cannot kick them until you either wait until the war ends or you report them which may take a while, the option to mute someone must be an option, otherwise certain people will be openly disgusting without being stopped for DAYS.
I believe the Faction Leader must have this option
surely it may be Over used by some Leaders, however you also expect them to act reasonably otherwise they will lose faction members so its not a weapon for them to use except against those that are truly Misbehaving.

Yes, I do, however until the report is being looked at, you have a few hours sometimes, sometimes more ( usually it is quick I give them that).
But they will still have time to annoy the faction, usually a few hours, so you can be Racist / Discriminating / Harasser etc... for a few hours after that while everyone is telling you to stop but until the report is looked at, you have no other thing to do except watch them be that.
At the end they usually get a warning then you report them again so at best its a what 5+ hours or so until they get banned, it doesn't make any sense for me.
