skeet360 is trustworthy and not only does he follow through with his agreements he also will offer you a way out early that is wildly beneficial to you. The but in this situation is the benefit of owning a private island is less than renting and filling your bank to max out the interest. Do what you will but know Skeet is the best way to do a rent to own you won't get burned
