Honestly dude I lost a lot of respect for you from this. So what if payment is a little bit late, I was in BLS and I know all the leaders very well. They always come through. You know there is this thing called "REAL LIFE" that happens right?
If you are that strapped that waiting a couple weeks for 30mill has you this upset, than you should of reached out to someone for a loan to float you, prior to this bullshit post, I can guarantee anyone in the faction would of helped you out.

Yeah not sure where you saw 2007, maybe one of the spin offs as there are 3 different versions. But the OG was August 18 2003.
Actually Hobowars was released in 2003, Torn City did not come out until 2004. To that note when it was initially released it was almost a mirror to Hobowars albeit a different theme.
Additionally, after Mafia Wars had such large success Torn City then performed updates that copied many of their features.
To be honest, I don't see why you would defend someone who barely has any original ideas.
